Item Inventory Sheet

This is an important form to have. If you use a full service moving company, they will provide your with their own inventory sheet.

The inventory sheet is used to keep track of everything that moves from your existing home onto the truck. Our list has columns that list room (master bedroom), move item (bed), and whether you will take it with you, load it up on the truck, or discard it.

Utility Transfer Sheet

Depending on where you live, you may need to shut down utilities that are in your name to avoid future costs:
