Low Ranking:

Medium Ranking:
PDF file that uses bookmarks to navigate the file.
You can link to any topic (or chapter) by clicking a icon in the
bookmark index.
High Ranking:
PDF file that uses hyper links and other interactive
forms to guide the reader through the book. Most items of this type
have an interactive index with dynamic controls.
Very High Ranking:
PDF file that uses hyperlinks, interactive forms,
notes and other graphic elements that trigger sound, video and possible
web connections to the author's web site for other supporting elements.
